History
The Fokker C.XIVw was developed in 1938 as a successor of the Fokker C.VIIw to be used for reconaissance and advance trainer.
The aircraft was built in the usual manner, a steel tube fuselage, which was clothed with linen and wooden wings.
The Duthc Navy ordered twentyfour aircraft in mid-January 1939. All of which were delivered by the end of the year.
