Because of an engine failure on April 10 1928 Fokker FVIIa/3m serialled "803", crashed in the garden of the Soesterberg post office.

The nose of the Fokkers F.VIIA/3m was initially unpainted,. Later it was painted in LVA Khaki, but not on all aircraft.
The font of the serial varied between the curled (jugendstil) style and the modern more tight font. Both were used together.

Colour scheme Fokker F.VIIA/3m LVA with orange triangles an rudder from September 1939 and on. Here the nose is sprayed in LVA khaki.
